        1. What should be a TRT's caseload?
          • Current reality:  Elementary ≈ 30:1   Middle ≈ 17:1   High ≈ 27:1
          • Goals for this ratio might be??? :  Elementary ≈ 15:1   Middle ≈ 15:1   High ≈ 15:1
            • This implies adding at least one per elementary and four more at WHS
        2. Discuss the job descriptions and refine them for TRT and TRA
      4. Start discussion to be finished at our next articulation meeting Thursday March 11(9:00-10:00)
        1. Start to define the standards for TRT and TRA.
          • Look at what was defined by the assesment from last year.
          • What (from the job description) are the qualities required of a TRT?
          • What (from the job description) are the qualities required of a TRA?
        2. How might we train the TRTs and TRAs next year?
        3. What are some specific examples of training scenarios that might be successful?

      9. Ron will show you some grade level tech lessons and provide a template for you to use:  work on the lessons/tutorials until 3:00
        1. Grade Level Technology Lessons Work in pairs to create 1 lesson each using examples of teachers who currently do them so Ron can get videos and student examples to enrich the lesson.
