It was an all day Social Studies day! First, Mr. Sheppard came to visit us when we created our timeline of events that occured that led to the Declaration of Independence. As soon as Mr. Sheppard walked in, we all sang happy birthday and really surprised him! Whe he was in here, we were creating our timelines in groups. They came out very detailed and full of good information. After lunch, we went into the computer lab where Mr. Ron Brown taught us how to make postcards using powerpoint. We used our information from the American Revolution to put on our postcards. In the pictures you can see a group working on their timeline and A.J. and Alondra helping us by finding the exact date of some of the events.
